Step 1. Craft your talk.
The Wrong Way:
Script out your entire talk and memorize it word-for-word.
(Doing this is exhausting and will make you want to do no more than 1 talk a year.)

Step 2. Practice your talk
The Wrong Way:
Practice on your own. (The problem with practicing on your own is you might be following the wrong strategy.)
Or “practice” on the stage, in front of a live audience, because you thought you knew what you were doing.
(There’s nothing like public failure to make you never want to do something again.)
Monica’s Way:
First, we practice each module, and you get immediate feedback (see Step 3 below), so you can change it… and then practice it again.
I also teach you how to do “wrapped bullets,” which means you don’t have to memorize anything.
This makes practice fun and gives you a way to practice that you can also emulate at home.

Step 3.
Get feedback on your talk
The Wrong Way:
Either not getting any feedback (because you’re practicing on your own)…
Or getting feedback from your audience, who will never tell you the truth. (They’re always going to tell you that you were awesome… even if they never end up buying from you.)
Monica’s Way:
I’m known for the fact that I can read energy in a room and move the energy in a room. I can change my content accordingly to keep the room interested and to inspire them to buy.
So when I’m giving you feedback, it’s based on three things…
- Reading the room’s energy in response to you
