When I started my business, I thought my MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and experience as a successful marketing manager at L’Oréal would make entrepreneurship easy. Spoiler alert: It didn’t.
I quickly found myself stuck, growing more slowly than I would have liked and questioning every move. My perfectionism, honed by years in the corporate world, had me spinning my wheels. I’d second-guess every decision, spending four weeks on a free gift that should’ve taken four hours.
