A. Yes! This event is strictly limited to 25 people, so you’ll get a chance to ask your questions + get customized coaching for your business. It’s rare that I do events of this size (only 25 people!), at this price point (normally, there’s 130 people at an event like this). This is a much more intimate atmosphere, which means much more time for questions and individualized coaching.
Q. How is this different from other events I’ve done with Monica?
A. First, this is a much more intimate setting than my 150+ person events, so you have more opportunity to get my direct guidance. We’ll also be focusing more on the topic of women and leadership than in my other events. We’ll then be wrapping it around some of my incredibly effective money content (which is something we all need to revisit each time we’re ready to uplevel).
Q. Is this a feminine energy type of event?
A. Yes and no. There’s the concept of feminine leadership from a softer, more receiving and creative style – which will be part of what we discuss. But the main conversation will center around what it means to be both a woman AND a wealthy business owner. Because, as a woman, you have all sorts of “hidden responsibilities.” Perhaps you’re a mother, or you have a home to care for. Maybe you’re the cook, or a daughter to elderly parents. Maybe you’re the organizational + emotional support center for your entire family. And when you’re a business owner, you have responsibilities like asking for sales conversations, selling, taking care of clients and customers, managing a team, and more. When you put both roles together, it’s a lot to carry. And that’s what we’ll be talking about at this event.
