Do keep your camera on – we want to see your smiling face and feel your energy! No hiding in a dark room with your video turned off! – this event will be what it will be because of each person present – it would not be the same if you were not there!
Be All In
Monica’s events are not Fluff. You will be asked to fill out workbooks, do activities and share in breakouts. So do your best to clear your schedule and be fully present so that you don’t miss a thing. There will not be recordings for this event, so be sure to be ready to take good notes and play full out! You won’t regret it.

SELF CARE
It’s not easy to be on a screen for 3 days. Be sure to move your body at every break, drink plenty of water and have healthy snacks. It’s perfectly fine to eat on camera! Monica doesn’t mind at all (and encourages you to keep that blood sugar level stable!).

Being able to chat is wonderful. But it is all too easy to slip into unhelpful or distracting comments – which then impacts the whole community. Punctuality
Even though this event is virtual, it is still disruptive to Monica and to other attendees if you come back late from breaks—please do try to come back on time. We need you to make this event great! Also, remember that there are no replays, so do block this time fully in your calendar.
Food
Our food breaks will not be long. So it may be easier to prepare healthy meals ahead of time to avoid having to be stressed out or hungry during the event. And it is OK to eat on screen.
