The Moment That Made Me Fall in Love With Business

One of my favorite things about running a business for the last 16 years straight (yup, me, my laptop, an amazing team, and some healthy caffeine) is getting to watch my clients change right in front of me.

And I don’t mean “transformation” in the cheesy Instagram sense.

You know the kind I’m talking about.

I mean the moment when you say something…and you literally watch someone’s face shift.

Their eyes get wide.
Their posture changes.
Something clicks.

You can almost hear the little “ohhhhhhhh” happening in their brain.

That moment never gets old.

But here’s something I’ve noticed since around 2020.

A lot of businesses moved into this world of:

  • funnels
  • automated systems
  • selling things to people we never actually meet

Someone downloads something.

They go through a course.

And half the time you don’t even know who they are.

You never see them implement it.
You never see their breakthrough.
You never see their face light up.

And after a while, something subtle starts to happen.

You begin to feel disconnected from your business.

I hear this from clients all the time.

They say things like:

“Monica… I’m bored.”
“I feel disconnected from my work.”
“I don’t feel like I’m making the impact I used to.”

And honestly?

I get it.

We’re living in a world with constant noise and distraction.

News.
Politics.
Global chaos.
Social media shouting matches.

Meanwhile, you’re sitting there in your home office thinking…

Does my little business even matter?

Friend.

It does.

But sometimes we need to change the way we show up to feel that again.

Here is the thing that brings the passion back every single time.

Intimate experiences.

And no… not that kind of intimate.
Get your head out of the gutter. 😆

I mean, small rooms.

Rooms where you can actually see people.

Workshops.
Trainings.
Small events.
Mini workshops.
A room with 5 people. 8 people. 10 people. 12 people.

Something magical happens in those rooms.

You see people thinking.
You see them processing.
You see the moment they shift.

And two things happen at the same time:

1️⃣ You fall back in love with your business.
2️⃣ Your clients get better results.

And ironically?

Those rooms often convert more high-ticket clients than giant audiences ever did.

Because the old rule of:

“Get the biggest room possible and the numbers will work out.”

Honestly?

That rule is broken.

What works now is depth.

Connection.
Real teaching.
Real interaction.
Real breakthroughs.

And the only way to get great at creating transformation is to practice it live.

Workshop after workshop.

Adjusting your message.
Watching what lands.
Seeing what creates breakthroughs.

That is why I love mini workshops so much.

They are one of the most powerful tools I’ve ever used in business.

And because so many people have been asking me about this lately…

I decided to teach my Mini Workshop Method.

This is the exact way I help my clients create small, powerful workshops that:

  • create real breakthroughs
  • build deep connection
  • convert into higher level programs clients naturally

No giant audiences required.

Just a room.
Your wisdom.
And the right structure.

If this is making you think…

“YES. This is exactly what I’ve been missing.”
