Doing the Math to Generate Your Next $100K

One of the things I see over and over again with entrepreneurs is that they’re trying to play a game they can’t possibly win. Not because they’re not smart enough.

Not because they need another certification, strategy, funnel, Instagram Reel, manifestation practice, moon ritual, vision board, or whatever the internet is trying to sell us this week. They’re trying to play a volume game without volume. And the math simply doesn’t work.

I see people creating $27 products. $47 products. $97 products. Memberships. Retreats. Events.

And none of those things are bad.

I’ve sold all kinds of things over the years.

But what most people don’t realize is that every one of those business models depends on having a lot of eyeballs.

A lot.

Let’s do some quick math.

If you sell a $47 product and want to generate $100,000 in revenue, you need to sell:

2,128 copies.

Not 100.

Not 500.

Two thousand one hundred twenty-eight.

I don’t know about you, but just reading that made me need a cookie and a nap.

Even at $97, you still need more than 1,000 buyers.

And where exactly are those 1,000 buyers coming from?

Because for most entrepreneurs, the answer is:

“They’re not.”

Most people don’t have an email list of 5,000 people.

Most people don’t have 50,000 engaged followers.

Most people are posting on Instagram and getting 14 likes, three of which are their mom, their VA, and someone trying to sell them something.

So then what?

Because this is where people get frustrated.

They think the problem is visibility.

Or marketing.

But often the real problem is they’re trying to build a business model that requires thousands of customers before they even have hundreds. 👀

What I’ve found after 16 years in business is that the fastest path to your next $100,000 is usually not volume.

It’s value.

Let’s do the math again.

A $5,000 offer?

Twenty clients.

Not 2,128.

Not 1,000.

Twenty.

And before your brain immediately jumps to:

“Nobody would pay me $5,000.”

Can I challenge that for a second?

People pay $3,000, $5,000, $10,000, even $25,000 every single day.

The issue usually isn’t your expertise.

The issue isn’t that your program isn’t good.

The issue is that people don’t understand why your program matters.

They don’t understand the result or why your approach is different from everything else they’ve tried.

And because they don’t understand it, they simply don’t buy.

Which is how you end up with an amazing program that people think is worth $97.

The good news is there’s a way to FIX your Offer so People. Want. To. BUY. 😝

It’s one of the reasons I’m so passionate about helping entrepreneurs create an offer that can generate their next $100,000.

Because once you understand how to structure the offer, communicate the transformation, and position it correctly, you no longer need thousands of buyers.

You need a handful of the right ones.
