16 years in business.

Because when I look back at the masterminds I was part of in 2010, 2011, 2012…
So many of those people aren’t in business anymore.
And this is not me saying I’m better than anyone. Not even a little.
But it does make me ask a very real question:
What actually keeps someone in business long-term… without burning out, shutting down, or quietly disappearing?
Because staying in business is one thing.

I mean this with so much love…

And that is way too much pressure for any human to carry.
One of the biggest reasons I’ve been able to stay in this for 16 years is because…

I have my husband.

And when I’m with them?

We’re talking about life.

- Somatic dance
That separation?
It changes everything.
Because now…

And if it doesn’t work?
I don’t collapse.
I don’t spiral.
I don’t make it mean something about who I am.
I step back.
Look at the data.
Adjust.
Move forward.
That’s what creates real sustainability.
