Positioning Your Business to Make More Money

Woohoo! Last week’s Money Flow Experience event was simply divine!  As I taught the event, there were a few things I noticed.  It is so important for entrepreneurs to get one-on-one attention on our business models. This is key in positioning our businesses to make money.  

So many entrepreneurs come to me, having worked on their businesses for years, still not making the income that they would like. This absolutely breaks my heart.  

And 90% of the time, it’s because their businesses are not positioned correctly to make money. They could spend 80 hours a week on marketing and it wouldn’t matter – they still wouldn’t attract more clients. 

OY! What’s a well-meaning entrepreneur to do?  

Well, the first piece is to make sure that you are offering a unique system or method in your business. What process, system, or offering are you presenting to your target market that they haven’t seen before? 

Speaking of target markets, the second piece is to make sure you are talking to a specific group of people who have a very specific problem. 

And lastly, get very clear about what specific results they will get from working with you. Why should they hand their credit card over to work with you? 

I invite you to take some time this week to think about these aspects of your business.

Are you positioned to make money?
